Conversations For the Common Good: Craft Brewery 101

  • The Bier Abbey 613 Union St Schenectady, NY, 12305 United States

In a world that is so often divided by political lines,  personal interests, and religious beliefs we often lose sight of the common good that we can pursue together. “Common Good” is anything that increases the well-being for all people without harming others. Join us for a series of discussions about various topics that promote the common good.

Each event will go from 7-9pm and will take place at the Bier Abbey (613 Union St.).

Tired of drinking bad beer, but unsure how to dive into the world of craft brewery? The world of craft beers can be overwhelming because of the abundance of options, which are projected to increase as the industry grows with 1.2 breweries opening every day in the U.S.

Join us as we are given a guided tour by local beer expert from Remarkable Liquids. He will walk us through sampling a few beers and explaining the basic differences in some of the broader craft beer categories. 20 people chosen by raffle will have their samples covered, so come and have a drink on us.
